Katie attempts to put on a brave face and hides her emotions behind a few bad jokes as she learns more about her impending doom from Bridget. After learning from Bridget that Katie is in love with him, Nick vows to make Katie’s final days as happy as possible. Donna suggests to Marcus that he get to know Eric better so the news of Marcus being Donna’s son won’t be such a shock. Marcus is very skeptical of Donna when she promises to make him a part of her life. Donna asks Marcus to stay in Los Angeles, work at Forrester Creations, and give their relationship a chance.
