Every day, after lunch, school kitchens across the country lie empty. Now, the 6th years of Linlithgow Academy have the opportunity to use theirs to set up a takeaway food business in the final week of term. It sounds like a great idea until they realise that they can't cook and know nothing about business. Their research takes them from their local takeaways to one of the best hotels in Scotland, but until they can decide what to serve, they can't move forward. Will they raise enough cash to start their business? Will they learn how to cook? Will their business open on time?
