The Raccoon’s back for revenge on the heroes! He sabotages their boat race to get back at them for meddling in his plans. Talking Angela thinks it’s up to her to stop him – and win the race in the process, if she can. But two wrongs don’t make a right as she soon learns. Soon the whole team has to transform to try and save an innocent racer from getting caught in the middle. Will the heroes be able to get everyone to safety, including Angela?
