Jett arrives in rainy London and brings a teddy bear to Cecily. They give the bear an umbrella and take him out to play. The wind lifts the bear away and he flies over the city and falls into a crowd of people with umbrellas. Jerome comes to lead the crowd in a dance number that ends with the bear being revealed and reunited with Cecily.

Cecily está impaciente de que llegue su paquete: un osito de peluche al que le pone de nombre Spencer. Jett y Cecily juegan con el osito en la habitación pero Cecily quiere salir al patio. Como está lloviendo, Jett tiene una idea: atar a Spencer a un paraguas para que no se moje. Una racha de viento se lleva a Spencer volando y Jett sale a su rescate, pero no lo consigue.
