The Goseigers recount what happened last time; the Space Bosozoku Bowzock used runaway gasoline to make many cars to go out of control. The Carrangers and Signalman were able to stop the cars, however, the Baranoia survivor Bara Mobile tricks the Carrangers into fighting the Ohrangers.
