Howie l'informateur, fait irruption dans l'appartement de Sue et Lucy pour leur dire qu'il a assisté à un meurtre et qu'on a tenté de le tuer. Il réexplique son histoire au reste de l'équipe mais comme il n'y a ni témoin, ni cadavre, ni indice, les autres ont du mal à le croire. Seule Sue tente de comprendre et lui demande, sur les lieux du crime, de décrire à nouveau ce qu'il a vu...
