Finally, Steve and his buddies head to a famed fishing lake to see who can catch more of the legendary Lahontan Cutthroat Trout!
Steve will dive headlong into his first official offroad buggy race, join a local sheriff’s department in the pursuit of justice and then learn the art of serving haute cuisine at a steak house. But first, “Stone Cold” will grill his crew with the help of a lie detector operator to solve The Case of the Missing Beer!!
The wrestler becomes the hunted as Steve tries to elude a world-famous human tracker. The big man then gets small as he takes on the runts of the racetrack in a high-speed kart race. The competition keeps going as "Stone Cold" becomes the quizmaster at a raucous local bar trivia night. Things finally calm down when Steve spends a quiet desert night getting a closer look at planets and stars with some passionate amateur astronomers.
Dog lover Steve gets a treat when he learns the secrets of sheep herding dogs. Stone Cold is also a pretty good amateur archer but will get the true test of his skills in taking on Olympic-level shooters. Then Steve hits the track in an SR3 race car, the closest a regular guy can get to Indy car driving. Finally, it's March 16th, so Steve celebrates Austin 3:16 day, his official unofficial holiday, with fans who have come from across the country... because Stone Cold said so!
