Sharon dates a rapper who turns out to be the escaped criminal, Rubberband Man. He really does like Sharon but goes on the run. She convinces him to turn himself in, but Virgil doesn't see any good in the guy. Meanwhile, two metahuman bounty hunters want to collect on Rubberband Man and try to capture him.

Rubberband Man escapa de la cárcel y se convierte en "Stringer", un rapero que está saliendo con la hermana mayor de Virgil, Sharon. Una vez que Static se da cuenta de que Stringer es Rubberband Man, este último huye y culpa a Static de arruinar su nueva vida.

Sharon namora um rapper que acaba sendo o criminoso fugitivo, Rubberband Man. Ele realmente gosta de Sharon, mas foge. Ela o convence a se entregar, mas Virgil não vê nada de bom no cara. Enquanto isso, dois caçadores de recompensa metahumanos querem colecionar em Rubberband Man e tentar capturá-lo.
