Starsky und Hutch sollen den Boss eines Drogenhändlerrings überführen. Dazu geben sich die beiden als Heroinhändler aus. Ausgestattet mit einem Rolls Royce und eleganter Kleidung versuchen sie, durch großspuriges Benehmen aufzufallen und Danner anzulocken.

Starsky and Hutch work undercover as snazzy-dressed drug dealing pimps in an operation to put a heroin-pushing syndicate out of business. They spring a young woman, arrested for unwillingly acting as a drug courier, from jail, and convince her to act as a lure in a bid to trap the elusive drug kingpin at the head of the syndicate...

Starsky et Hutch s'habillent de manière voyante, circulent en Rolls et grâce à la complicité de Cheryl, réussissent à se faire passer pour Rafferty et O'Brien, deux gros bonnets de la drogue. Malheureusement, Danner et ses comparses ne sont pas longtemps dupes de ce manège. Cheryl risque sa vie pour retourner sur le droit chemin.
