Como resultado de haber sido apuñalado, Yuta cae en coma y es llevado a un hospital. Debido a que el kaiju utiliza para mantener la ciudad fueron destruidos durante la batalla anterior, el día no se restablece y la ciudad cae en el caos. Mientras tanto, Akane continúa deprimida y no está dispuesto a hacer más kaiju, causando Alexis recurrir a desatar su viejo kaiju en la ciudad.
