Matt kuriert seine Verletzungen in der Reha-Klinik aus und ist glücklicherweise auf dem Weg der Besserung. Der Rest der Truppe plant inzwischen auf eigene Faust einen Racheakt gegen Herrera und seine Bande in Mexiko. Als Matt zufällig davon erfährt, dass das Team ohne ihn operieren will, ist er stinksauer. Er kann seine Leute dazu überreden, die Leitung des Einsatzes zu übernehmen. Und diesmal gibt es kein Entrinnen für den skrupellosen Herrera und seine Komplizen.

While Shepherd is in hospital recovering from his wounds the rest of the team have to decide what they want to do about Chava Herrera, the man who played them for fools and led to Shepherd's injuries. Their intel shows that he has returned to Mexico and has restarted his drug operations. The team decides that they are not going to let him get away with what he did to them and make plans to go back to his base and deal with him properly this time.
