Lieutenant Bruce is trying to close the newly constructed Space Patrol Fleet Base on the Moon in order to cash in on the valuable minerals he found while surveying the site. Will Buzz and his friends catch the miscreant before the artificially created tremors destroy the entire facility one building at a time.
