While overseeing a special project, Robbie is abducted by from the Neptune Science Research Center Laboratory by Dr, Owen. Happy, in the guise of a patient, is sent to the doctor's facility to search for Robbie but is recognized by Dr. Owen and stashed in a remotely controlled space car. Can Buzz rescue the captured pair before the doctor can dispose of them permanently?
