Sonic Soldier Borgman is a science fiction anime. It features a Super Sentai-like three member team that fight an organization known as Youma. Featuring three main characters: Chuck, Ryo and Anise. Ryo is the leader, while Chuck and Anise are teachers at a public school. Sometimes, the students help or make troubles to the Borgman somehow, some even know the Borgman secret identities. Ryo has a talking "modern" blue motorcycle that can upgrade itself. The transformation code is "Borg. Get On". Each member has a personal cannon that matches his/her armor color that appears only to finish the monster they fight.
Nous sommes dans l'an 2030, et la ville de Tokyo n'existe plus. Elle a été rasé avant au sol peu plusieurs de trente ans, à la fin du XX siècle, de la chute de quatre météorites énormes qu'ils caractérisent encore aujourd'hui le skyline de Megalocity, la ville ressuscitée dans la baie de Tokyo des cendres de la Japonaise détruite capitale.Mais il y n'a pas paix pour les habitants de la nouvelle ville ultramoderne. Leur tentative fatigante de rentrer dans l'ordre est dérangée en effet et menacé par les Yoma, créatures extradimensionali disposé au tout pour conquérir notre monde en partant note de Megalocity. Où vraiment les quatre météorites dénommées "yomaliti", ils fournissent aux Yoma une porte d'accès préférentiel à notre dimension. Les contrarier est Ryo Hibiki et Chuck Sweagger, les derniers deux survivants du "projet Borgman", qu'il prévoyait de transformer aspirants
Borgman 2030 è un anime di fantascienza. Presenta una squadra di tre membri in stile Super Sentai che combattono un'organizzazione conosciuta come Youma. Caratterizzato da tre personaggi principali: Chuck, Ryo e Anise. Ryo è il leader, mentre Chuck e Anise sono insegnanti in una scuola pubblica. A volte, gli studenti aiutano o creano problemi ai Borgman in qualche modo, alcuni addirittura conoscono le identità segrete dei Borgman. Ryo ha una moto blu "moderna" parlante che può trasformarsi da sola. Il codice di trasformazione è "Borg. Sali". Ogni membro ha un cannone personale che corrisponde al colore della sua armatura e che appare solo per finire il mostro che combattono.
199x년 도쿄는 원인모를 재앙에 폐허가 된다. 이후에 사람들은 그곳에 메가로시티라는 신도시를 건설한다. 그리고 30년후, 차례차례 나타나는 요마. 그런 요마를 퇴치하기 위해 조직된 것이 보그맨이다.
公元1999年，4顆超巨形隕石在無徵兆之下墜落到日本首都東京，首都圈幾乎全滅，人類用了近30年時間在東京灣地區重建首都，並命名為「美迦洛城」。公元2030年，市民在生活上已回復正常，但是原來當年掉下來的4顆隕石不是一般的隕石，而是妖魔石，由異次元的妖魔組織操控，若第5顆隕石也掉下來的時候，妖魔王便會復活，消滅人類。3名由改造人「BORGMAN」組成的超音戰士以微弱的力量保護著城市，並努力阻止妖魔王的復活。
