요즘 집에 있는 시간도 많고ㅎㅎ 건강하게 먹는 습관을 기르기 위해 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이것저것하다가 그릭요거트까지 왔어요. 안 좋은게 하나도 없는 그릭요거트!! 변비있으신 분들, 단백질섭취를 충분히 안 하시는 분들, 다이어트하시는 분들!!! 그냥 이거 하나면 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ모든게 해결되요ㅎㅎ

Lately, I've been spending a lot of time at homeㅎㅎ And in order to get in the habit of eating healthily ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I did this and that and even got to Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt that has nothing bad what so ever!! People who have constipation, people who don't consume enough protein, people dieting!!! With just this ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋeverything will be solvedㅎㅎ
Rather than just eating it plain, it's much better if you put fruits, nuts, snacks, honey and so on in Greek yogurt! ^'^
