Shinobi Girl experiences a traumatic flashback to her deadly encounter with CEO Ronald Brooks. Christina, the former victim and #1 fan girl, sets up a website where victims can summon Shinobi Girl for help. Meanwhile, Detective D'Amato and Ms. Brooks separately concoct similar plans to trap Shinobi Girl that involve using Christina as bait.
A battle ensues in Christina's apartment and Raven uses Christina to set a cunning trap for Shinobi Girl in an abandoned warehouse. Shinobi Girl duels with Raven and tries to plea bargain with Detective D'Amato. She escapes two attackers but is abducted by thugs!
Noriko escapes her abductors and finds herself at boot camp where A.J. becomes her instructor from hell! Noriko finally targets the evidence she needs to prove her innocence while opposing forces plot against her. To make matters worse, Noriko receives a traumatic visit from a dark figure that haunted her childhood.
Feeling refreshed and empowered, Noriko completes her grueling ninja training with A.J. and returns to the City. Meanwhile, Ms. Brooks entertains her corporate cronies at party that includes the torture of some Occupy Wall Street protesters. Brooks personally punishes Raven for her failure to capture Shinobi Girl. In a new disguise, Noriko goes after a wanted international war criminal.
After Shinobi Girl brings a fugitive dictator and his cohorts to justice, Detective D'Amato becomes suspicious of Ms. Brooks' refusal to cooperate in the murder investigation of her husband. When Raven learns the true identity of Shinobi Girl, she resigns from the corporation and faces an obstacle course of corporate hit men. Finally, Raven meets A.J. at Noriko's hide-out. They fight on a rooftop but they are not alone. Noriko arrives too late and faces a tragic situation.

After Noriko gives A.J. a proper burial, she plots with Raven to take down Brooks and her corporate empire. Their mission is sidetracked when a psychotic ninja copycat goes on a random killing spree to slaughter innocent citizens; it's a twisted plot by Brooks to turn the tide of public opinion against the real Shinobi Girl. Detective D'Amato and reporter Rachel Rafterson are baffled at the turn of events and a city-wide manhunt for Shinobi Girl is instigated. Meanwhile, the real Shinobi Girl wastes no time in tracking down her insidious imposter.

Shinobi Girl pleads her case directly to the public and is arrested during the broadcast! Noriko makes a deal with Detective D'Amato and is temporarily freed. Meanwhile, Tiffany Brooks quells a corporate uprising with brute firepower as Shinobi Girl and her team of Raven and Christina plot to raid Brooks' office. Raven provides reporter Rachel Rafterson with the key evidence that may or may not clear Noriko and potentially destroy Brooks.
