It's Elephants birthday! Sharon, Lois & Bram plan a surprise birthday party for Elephant, but when Elephant blows out the candles on her cake, the entire city's power goes out! Elephant is disappointed but learns that with candles and flashlights, you can still have a great birthday party. Robert supplies the entertainment for the party.
