Susan, eine Mitarbeiterin von NBC setzt sich für Georges Idee für die neue Show ein. George bringt sie mit zu Jerry, und dort kommt es dann zum Eklat: Nach einem peinlichen Zwischenfall mit Kramer sind sich Jerry und George bewußt, daß ihre Show gestorben ist. Völlig überraschend werden sie wenige Tage später zu NBC eingeladen...
Kramer suffers side effects from his head injury. NBC gives Jerry and George another meeting and on the way, Jerry throws out a watch his parents gave him. He then meets his Uncle Leo, who picks the watch out of the garbage. Kramer agrees to be an alibi for Newman's trial on a speeding ticket. George and Jerry meet with NBC executives and they give the go ahead for a pilot. Later they hide in the coffee shop, afraid of an attack from "Crazy" Joe. Elaine's shrink realizes that he didn't leave an extra prescription for Joe Davola, for the time while he's on vacation.
Newman pyytää Jerryn apuun yrittäessään kumota saamansa ylinopeussakot. Jerry ja George onnistuvat myymään ohjelmaideansa NBC:lle.

Kramer è ancora malmesso per aver ricevuto un calcio in testa da "Crazy" Joe Davola. Nel frattempo George e Jerry riescono fortunatamente a ottenere un'altra riunione con i dirigenti della NBC, mentre Newman cerca di evitare il pagamento di una multa per eccesso di velocità.
La NBC da luz verde al episodio piloto de la serie propuesta por Larry y George, pero estos han de esconderse de Joe "el loco", el guionista demente que atacó a Kramer dejándole secuelas. Mientras, Kramer acepta ser testigo de Newman en un juicio por una infracción de tráfico.
Jerry och George får en ny chans på NBC. Jerry kastar en klocka hans föräldrar har gett honom, men farbror Leo hittar den. Kramer är Newmans alibi under rättegången om hans fortkörning.
Com uma contusão na cabeça, devido a pancada do maluco Joe Devola, Kramer fica afetado justamente no dia que ele irá ser álibi de Newman no tribunal. Cansado do relógio, que foi um presente dos pais, Jerry o joga fora. Mas o Tio Leo acha no lixo e começa a usá-lo. O louco escritor continua a procurar seus “inimigos”, depois do Kramer, é a vez dele ir atrás de Jerry. Com medo ele e George se escondem na cafeteria.
ＮＢＣのプロデューサーから、新番組の企画を求められたサインフェルド。それを聞いたジョージが提案したのは“内容なし”の番組だった！突拍子もないアイデアを気に入るサインフェルドだったが、図に乗るジョージのおかげで話はこじれる。
