響（芦田愛菜）は天音（當真あみ）を心配し、大輝（宮沢氷魚）に付き添ってもらい彼女の家へ。しかし、玄関先で応対した父親の白石（淵上泰史）は取り付く島もない。そんな中、天音のことが気になっていた海（大西利空）は、ある行動を起こす。
一方、俊平（西島秀俊）は、招待されていた母校の創立記念イベントへの出席を決めた。四国・高松の実家に帰るのは30年前に家出して以来だ。
故郷への30年ぶりの帰省で明かされる俊平の過去。
俊平が父・行彦（柄本明）に勘当された理由が明らかになる。
そして、俊平はある目的で、故郷に帰ってきていた。
