響（芦田愛菜）がバイオリンを弾くところを目撃した大輝（宮沢氷魚）と天音（當真あみ）と蓮（佐藤緋美）。凌駕した技術に驚く3人。大輝は響を晴見フィルに誘う。しかし響は、演奏していたことは内緒にして欲しいと懇願。その代わりとして響はある条件を提示される。
一方、出前コンサートの会場で志帆（石田ゆり子）に会った俊平（西島秀俊）は、気になってオケの練習に身が入らない。そんな様子にドギマギしていた古谷（玉山鉄二）。実は古谷には俊平に隠していたある秘密があった。
そんな中、俊平と志帆が偶然鉢合わせてしまう。
5年ぶりに向き合った二人が話し合うこととは。
そして、そんな俊平を捜す謎の男（満島真之介）が現れ･･･！
Daiki (Miyazawa Hyoui), Amane (Toma Ami) and Ren (Sato Himi) witness Hibiki (Ashida Aina) playing the violin. The three are amazed at the superior skills of the three. Daiki invites Hibiki to join the Harumi Philharmonic Orchestra. However, Hibiki begs him not to tell anyone that he was playing. In return, Hibiki is offered certain conditions. Meanwhile, Shumpei (Hidetoshi Nishijima) meets Shiho (Yuriko Ishida) at the venue of a delivery concert, but is too anxious to practice with the orchestra. Furuya (Tamayama Tetsuji) is taken aback by this situation. In fact, Furuya had a secret that he had been keeping from Shumpei. Shumpei and Shiho happen to run into each other. What do they discuss when they meet for the first time in five years? Then, a mysterious man (Manosuke Mitsushima) appears looking for Shumpei..!
