Sandy, an over-excitable meerkat, and Mr Flapper, a serious King Penguin, are the best of friends and live together on a river barge. In each episode they investigate a different set of opposites such as "Hot and Cold" or "Soft and Hard", in a slapstick adventure that inevitably ends in disaster.
