Framed as a criminal and hunted by the police, Kotaro barricades himself inside the school. 小太郎（三浦春馬）は夜の無人の教室に、日本刀を持ったまま逃げ込んだ。そこで突然目の前に現れた先祖の侍の魂と対峙し、なぜ小太郎の体に乗り移ったのか、侍の口から真意が語られる。一方、亀井（室井滋）と小太郎を陥れたい岩永（石黒賢）と仁（賀来賢人）の策略により、騒動は大事件に発展してしまう。
