The first episode shows Kyo and Kyoshiro battling each other while Yukimura Sanada, Sasuke Sarutobi, and Saizo Kirigakure arrive at the battle ground where Kyo and Kyoshiro continuing fighting. Meanwhile, Kyo destroys Kyoshire's sword and tells him that he lost and should give up. Then, Yukimura comes and tells them to stop because Sakuya creates a meteor raining down on the battle field. Then four years later, Kyoshiro meets Yuki and then a demon attacks them. The demon was actually a guy who fought in the war four years ago. The demon beats up Kyoshiro, but Kyo takes over his body. Kyo beats the crap out of the demon and then Kyoshiro takes back his body and continues to travel with Yuki by his side.
En l'an 1600 de notre ère, durant la bataille de Sekigahara, deux combattants s'affrontent. Le premier se nomme Kyoshiro Mibu et le second Kyo aux yeux de démon. Leur duel est interrompu par un certain Yukimura Sanada suivi de peu par la chute d'une météorite.
Quatre ans plus tard, un jeune pharmacien nommé Kyoshiro Mibu croise la route de la chasseuse de prime Yuya Shiina, qui le capture en utilisant ses charmes. Mais ils sont attaqués par un homme qui en veut à Kyoshiro. Le combat s'engage mais Kyoshiro ne se défend pas, jusqu'à ce qu'il change de comportement, ses yeux devenant rouges et sa voix devenant différente c'est alors que Yukimura, qui observait en silence le combat s'approcha, lui lança un long sabre et l'appela Kyo aux yeux de démon.
El primer episodio muestra a Kyo y Kyoshiro luchando entre sí mientras Yukimura Sanada, Sasuke Sarutobi y Saizo Kirigakure llegan al campo de batalla donde Kyo y Kyoshiro continúan luchando. Mientras tanto, Kyo destruye la espada de Kyoshire y le dice que perdió y que debería rendirse.
