K-Pop is celebrated across the world, but despite its glamorous appearance, its beautiful, stylish performers and highly produced optimistic pop music, there's an industry which routinely exploits its artists; physically, financially, emotionally. It destroys idol's lives in ways that are often irreversible. This video explores the hyper capitalistic nature of the industry, how artists are turned into commodities, and - like many other products - the glitzy exterior allows fans to ignore the human cost behind creating K-Pop
