Il programma è uno spin-off dei programmi RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars e RuPaul's Drag Race UK ed il presentatore, nonché mentore, è RuPaul, diventando il terzo programma spin-off ad essere condotto da RuPaul stesso. Come nella versione originale, le concorrenti devono mostrare le loro doti di intrattenitrici, provenienti da diverse versioni internazionali del programma, sfidandosi in varie sfide.
