Muraki was taking a nap on the office couch, jumped up suddenly. Apparently he had a shady dream. A bewitching woman in a kimono came to the office and asked a strange question "I want to find a love hotel where one room is visible in the mirror of the next room over." Muraki and Megumi scour the ole hotels in Asakusa one by one dressed as a couple. While it is not hard to find love hotels finding the clients hotel is hard.
東京・浅草、観音裏。隅田川沿いの古いビルに居を構いつものようにソファで昼寝をしていた村木（オダギリジョー）が、急に飛び起きた。どうやら、いかがわしい夢を見ていたようだ。
いつもと様子の違う村木を見て、所長（石橋蓮司）と受付嬢のメグミ（小泉麻耶）がからかっていると、和服姿の妖艶な女（星野あかり）が訪ねてきた。女は、『鏡越しに隣の部屋が覗けるラブホテルを探してほしい』という奇妙な依頼を持ち込む。
浅草中のラブホテルを探し回ることになった村木は、メグミとカップルを装い１つ１つ聞き込みを開始。なかなか依頼通りのホテルを見つけられず苦労する中、メグミの機転で調査は急展開して…！
