In this episode of Redacted Tonight, host Lee Camp talks about the police. And this isn’t your standard exploration of police brutality. Lee delves into the little known reality of just how much STEROID use there is amongst officers. The use of this drug leads to aggression, bad decision making and violence. It’s insane that police are abusing steroids. Lee explains the full-throated implications of this and more in his opening rant. Then it’s on to the 1st news segment. This week Lee goes rapid-fire through a medley of redacted stories the mainstream media won’t touch. They include Israel/Palestine, media coverage of Muslims in the US, the Obama foundation now taking millions from corporations, and Trump’s continued insanity. In the 2nd half of the show, correspondent Natalie McGill joins Lee at the desk to discuss the magical place that is Disneyland. The only problem is, it’s certainly not magical for its workers, some of which are so underpaid they’re homeless or live in their cars. The cost of living in Orange County is so high relative to the wages these employees get. It’s a shameless state of affairs. Finally, correspondent John F. O’Donnell files a potentially worldview shattering report about how CNN and a number of other media outlets, across multiple platforms, is promoting a 7 year old Syrian girl named Bana Alabed, who is now living in Syria. She’s calling for regime change is Syria by speaking broken English about the horrors of Assad. But it’s clear that she’s just phonetically reading the scripted words without even understanding them. The implications of this psy-op are both troubling and illuminating. All of this on Redacted Tonight!!
