In the early 1900s, the bustling city of New Orleans, Louisiana was terrorized by a serial killer. They attacked 12 people in their homes over the course of a year. While the reign of terror ended in 1919, the aftereffects are felt even in the present. Today, we look at the disturbing case of the Axeman of New Orleans.
