we met the eight engaged couples who were competing for the wedding of their dreams. Andy and Becca approached Coyt and Susan about forming a commitment to not vote each other out, but Coyt and Susan then learned that Andy and Becca also had an agreement with two other couples – Tonya and Andree and Ethan and Carolyn. Coyt and Susan were convinced that they had been betrayed, leading to a nasty confrontation when Becca and Andy became the second power couple. Turns out Coyt and Susan were intended to be part of a four couple commitment all along and there was no betrayal. The couple resolved their differences with Andy and Becca during power couple deliberation and agreed to band together. The two couples chose to eliminate lawyers Jessica and Scott.
Susan and Coyt won both challenges and were the sole power couple. To help make their decision, the couple visited the other couples and heard a rumor that Becca and Andy, part of their commitment, would vote them out. They grabbed onto that rumor and held on with both hands. Even after Ethan and Carolyn and Tonya and Andree told them they hadn't heard such rumors, Coyt and Susan broke their commitment and eliminated Becca and Andy.
everybody fought over place settings for their weddings, Chris and Cindy fought because Chris wouldn't get his shoes wet in a challenge, Susan and Coyt fought to win the blackjack challenge (and $18,000 in cash), Grace and Robert fought because he wouldn't go on the roller coaster with her, and April and Vinny fought because they lost the mental challenge. I fought my annoyance at NBC for moving the show to Saturday nights. Coyt and Susan and Andree and Tonya were the two power couples. They eliminated April and Vinny
Susan and Coyt finally broke their winning streak and did not win either of the Power Couple challenges. So Power Couples Chris & Cindy and Andree & Tonya took advantage to get rid of the toughest competition, right? Wrong. Like idiots, they sent Grace and Robert packing.
Ethan & Carolyn and Tonya & Andree won the two challenges to be Power Couples. Although Coyt and Susan were tough competitors, the two Power Couples chose to honor their commitment to them, voting out Chris and Cindy. After the elimination ceremony, Chris and Cindy got married in Vegas in a ceremony that apparently took place a few hundred years ago, given Cindy's comments about being Chris's responsibility.
we watched the final three couples compete in three different challenges. First, they had to get as many photos as possible in front of wedding chapels in a limited amount of time. Next, they raced against each other on jet skis. Third, they had to stand under a shower of freezing cold water for as long as they could stand it. Finally, they completed a scavenger hunt to find something old, new, borrowed, and blue. Who won? We don't know, because the punks at NBC decided to leave it as a cliffhanger. Let's see what happened next. Just to remind everyone of what's going on, here are the three couples left: Tonya and Andree. Andree is incredibly strong, but Tonya is afraid of heights. Will his strength make up for her weakness? Susan and Coyt. These two have dominated the challenges so far, becoming the Power Couple about a billion times. They are strong competitors, but they tend to argue. Will they get along long enough to win? Carolyn and Ethan. They're not the strongest in challen
It's 2:00 in the morning at the Venetian and the three couples are getting ready for the final elimination ceremony. Susan is curled up in a fetal position on the couch worrying about the results. Coyt is also a nervous wreck and paces the floor. Tonya and Andree are also nervous. Tonya says it's tough because they have no idea how they did. Meanwhile, Ethan and Carolyn are not happy with their performance on the last leg of the race. Carolyn says, ""I had a very, very strong feeling that we could be going home."" The couples gather at the altar, where Lisa will reveal the results. As we already know, Coyt and Susan won the ""With this Ring"" jet ski challenge. Next, in the wedding chapel photo challenge, Andree and Tonya are in third place with 14 pictures. Tonya is surprised, saying, ""I thought we had the most."" Ethan and Carolyn are in second place with 18 pictures. Much to my surprise, Coyt and Susan, who spent the first part of the challenge running around like maniacs looking for a c
