The discovery coincides with the return of John Spence, a child killer who cannibalized his victim in one of Rabbit Fall’s most haunting crimes. Fear morphs into frenzy and a group of vigilantes sets out to destroy the alleged Weetigo before he strikes again. The case spirals out of control when Tara brings Spence into protective custody.
