A stunned Jim reels after the explosion: the boys are dead, and Leila is critically injured. Michael remains unaware that the parcel was a bomb, and Geoff demands payment from him for setting Jim up. As he waits for Michael outside the bank, Geoff hears the news of the explosion on the radio, and is furious to discover Jim is not dead. He pulls a gun on Michael and takes him to a house. Jim lashes out at Caroline, blaming her for the explosion; soon after, they learn Leila has also died.
