Tom Beasley was born in 1981 in Millwood, Pennsylvania. He attended Millwood High School, where he stood out for being a handsome and popular jock and became boyfriend of spirit queen, Davie Adams. At some point in his senior year, he sexually assaulted one of Davie's "friends", Angela Waters. But he never received a punishment for it.
