Family Favourites with Emmanuel Mollois

Some people find cooking stressful, a boring chore to be avoided at all costs. Poh Ling Yeow is not one of those people! For Poh cooking is all about nurturing and sharing so she loves inviting friends into her kitchen to play, experiment and help her refine her unique cooking style. This week she catches up with Emmanuel Mollois, a pastry chef trained in Paris who proudly carries forward the torch of tradition.
