Irving’s brother Albert doesn’t believe that Phineas and Ferb are anything special, and since he claims to be the “Truth Detector,” he can prove it. Desperate to prove Albert wrong, Irving convinces Baljeet and Buford to pose as Phineas and Ferb beside a giant hologram of the boys’ Eiffel Tower construction. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz is fed up with the quality of accessories for his model train set, and decides to shrink down a variety of national monuments to add to his collection. / Candace, Stacy, and Jenny team up to try and bust Phineas and Ferb together. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz enlists a new robot to replace Norm, but a power surge causes it to glitch and turn against him.
Irving vuole mostrare al fratello maggiore Albert le invenzioni di Phineas e Ferb, mentre questi ultimi sono al cinema. Baljeet proietta la torre Eiffel, dopodiché lui e Buford si travestono da Phineas e Ferb e spacciano la torre per una loro invenzione; nonostante alcuni incidenti, Baljeet e Buford non vengono scoperti da Albert. / Candace fa squadra con Jenny e Candace per far sì che Linda scopra quello che fanno Phineas e Ferb. Questi ultimi costruiscono delle trottole giganti, in cui vi entrano dentro, e un dispositivo per generare energia radiante. Buford però aumenta l'energia rilasciata causando una serie di guai a Danville, così Perry viene mandato a spegnere il macchinario. I ragazzi intanto si eiettano dalle trottole prima che prendano il volo, causando il fallimento di Candace, Jenny e Stacy.
