Phineas and Ferb find an egg and believe it's Perry's, and they take care of it until Candace decides to teach them how to properly take care of an egg. Meanwhile, Heinz Doofenshmirtz plans to get revenge on whales for stealing his old girlfriend. / Phineas and Ferb accidentally trap Candace in a video game and have to help her out so that she can get ready for the cotillion. Meanwhile, Perry has to stop Doofenshmirtz from zapping men into wearing ball gowns with the Ballgowninator.
Per un equivoco Phineas e Ferb credono che Perry abbia deposto un uovo e si prendono cura del nascituro riscaldandolo con un macchinario. Candace invece preferisce prendersene cura con modalità più naturali. Quando l'uovo si schiude tuttavia ne nasce un uccello nemico degli ornitorinchi. / Ispirati da un videogioco di Buford, i ragazzi costruiscono un macchinario per entrare nei videogiochi. Candace, venuta a protestare, si ritrova risucchiata nel videogioco ed è costretta a terminare il videogioco per poter uscire.
Doofenshmirtz intanto mette un abito da ballo su Perry cercando di ostacolarlo, ma l'ornitorinco riesce comunque ad avere la meglio.
