La regina di Castania, Axis, il cui figlio è stato rubato da un alchimista in un lontano passato, è sopravvissuta per 500 anni e ora sta prendendo di mira gli alchimisti/scienziati dei giorni nostri per vendicarsi. Nazo infiamma la regina e rivela che è stato il dottor Yamatone a prendere il bambino. Axis si presenta e affronta Fantaman con il mostro scheletrico Scarpa.
A whistle blows on a moonlit night and, one by one, all the most important scientists are attacked. Castania's queen, Axis, whose son was stolen by an alchemist in the distant past, has survived for 500 years and is now targeting modern-day alchemists/scientists for revenge. Nazo inflames the queen and reveals that it was Doctor Yamatone who took the child. Axis shows up and faces Fantaman with the skeletal monster Scarpa.
