Party of Five

Nach dem Unfalltod der Eltern sind die fünf Kinder der Salingers auf sich alleine gestellt. Der 25-jährige Charlie hat das Sorgerecht für seine jüngeren Geschwister Bailey, Julia, die zwölfjährige Claudia und Baby Owen bekommen. Dabei ist Charlie eigentlich gerade damit beschäftigt, Ordnung in sein eigenes Leben zu bringen. Nun muss er sich um Finanzen, Schulstress, Geschwisterstreitereien, die Probleme beim Erwachsenenwerden kümmern und den turbulenten Alltag meistern.

La serie, ambientata a San Francisco, racconta la vita dei fratelli Salinger che, dopo la tragica morte dei genitori in un incidente stradale, si ritrovano soli ad affrontare i vari problemi quotidiani. Sarà il fratello maggiore, Charlie (Matthew Fox), a cercare di tenere salda la famiglia e ad occuparsi dei fratelli minori: Bailey (Scott Wolf), Julia (Neve Campbell), l'adolescente Claudia (Lacey Chabert) e Owen, di soli sei mesi.

Após a morte dos pais, cinco irmãos precisam aprender a sobreviver sozinhos. Charlie, o mais velho, assume a liderança da família.
