Officer Pupp watches a documentary on studying crime by examining the criminal sleepwalking. Ignatz sees what he is watching and starts pretending to be sleepwalking. Officer Pupp then follows him. "Sleepwalking" Ignatz, however causes trouble for the hapless officer.
