General Halftrack's superiors in Washington want the entire base to train for the Air Corps. Gen. Halftrack has only a few days to train one of his platoons to parachute from 20,000 feet. Sergeant Snorkle and his men are assigned to take sky diving lessons. As usual, the assignment turns into a disaster.
