Ainz plans for Nazarick to welcome various races, so they need to learn to interact with them.
In the present, Sous-chef expresses concern to Éclair that the additional help may change the bar's atmosphere. As he prepares a drink for Éclair, the birdman assures him that he'll handle the cleaning, but Sous-chef declines, stating the place is already clean.
