Después de la carrera ha terminado, los contactos Gene Harry, que lo reta a un duelo entre la estrella fuera de la ley y el Dorado en un campo de asteroides. El Dorado se infiltra en la tarde Outlaw Star, y Harry intenta cortar en Gilliam II y tiene interés en Melfina. Sin embargo, se encontró más tarde que Ron está probando otro barco, trayendo de vuelta a Harry con él.
