Host Connor Fields visits Elko, where he learns the basics of fly fishing before heading to Lamoille Canyon in search of local trout. Elko is also home to a Basque culture staple, The Star Hotel. At The Star, Connor eats a traditional Basque dinner while learning about The Star’s rich Basque history. Connor then makes his way up a mountain trail in the Ruby Mountains to see the unique Sky Island.
