The Kabul headquarters of Afghanistan's Tolo Television is a young and energetic place, and its staff work on some of the most-watched programmes in the country. But the station's reach and prominence carries a deadly risk. In January 2016, a Taliban suicide bomber blew up a bus carrying Tolo employees home - seven of them died.
