It is 5 months until Beijing 2022 and as coach Romain Haguenauer puts it: “There is a mountain of problems to solve” technically, artistically and physically for the athletes to be ready. Back from Finland, the teams are prepping for the beginning of the ice dancing Grand Prix season. Four of the teams compete in Skate America 2021 in Vegas, where Madi and Zach defend their title, and Madi and Evan try to go for the win. Lilah and Guillaume talk about the homophobic remarks that came out of Finland.
Coach Marie-France Dubreuil’s two top teams arrive in Torino for the Italian Grand Prix 2021: Madison and Zach, and Grabriella and Guillaume. Both coming from fresh wins at Skate America and Finlandia Trophy, this is the first time they compete against each other in this season 2021-2022 season.
