Journalist Rory Carson explores the hidden lives of drug addicts in Northern Ireland. In a small town with a high suicide rate, he meets a group of friends struggling to stay off drugs. Some of these addicts are managing to hold down jobs and drug habits side by side. All have hope that they can still 'wise up' and find their way out.
