Britain’s women’s hockey team are the headline act in BBC Sport’s final programme looking back on the Rio 2016 Olympics. The GB team, led by captain Kate Richardson-Walsh, claimed gold with a thrilling shoot-out victory over defending champions the Netherlands. There was similar drama on the athletics track, where Mo Farah completed his double-double by defending his 5,000m crown to take his Olympic gold medal tally to four. There was also a multiple Olympic champion crowned in the boxing ring with Nicola Adams defending her London 2012 flyweight title.
