Joe Silva, a down on his luck fisherman, must contend with his overbearing father, his ex-wife who has recently returned to Provincetown, and Captain Dory Pearl Souza PhD, who recently bought his fishing boat. Meanwhile the discovery of a hanged woman's body over Commercial Street begins a series of events that will reverberate though town.
