One night, Yasaka Mahiro finds himself under attack from a mysterious monster. In his moment of need, a silver-haired, green-eyed girl appears. "I'm the chaos that always crawls up to you with a smile, Nyarlathotep." Identifying herself as the deity from the Cthulu Mythos, she claims to have come to protect Mahiro. However, she tricks Mahiro into leaving his home, goes shopping at anime shops, and in general mixes business with her personal affairs. Meanwhile, they are assaulted by another mysterious monster. Why do these monsters keep attacking Mahiro.
ある夜、八坂真尋は謎の怪物に襲われる。絶体絶命のピンチに現れたのは銀髪碧眼の美少女だった。
「いつもニコニコあなたの隣に這いよる混沌、ニャルラトホテプです♪」
クトゥルー神話の邪神を名乗る彼女は、真尋を守るためにやって来たという。しかしその仕事っぷりは、真尋を騙くらかして外に連れ出し、アニメショップで自分の趣味のモノを買いあさるなど公私混同はなはだしい。そんな中、謎の怪物から再び襲撃を受ける。果たして、真尋が狙われる目的とは一体……!？

그 소녀는 자칭 우주인이자 크툴루 신화에 나오는 사신, 니알라호텝이었다.
Mahiro Yasaka que vivía una vida tranquila es perseguido por un extraterrestre malvado cuando el Nyarlathotep en forma de una chica de cabello plateado le salvó. Al explicar su linaje y el universo de HP Lovecraft , se declara a sí misma como la protectora de Mahiro, ya que extranjeros incluyendo Nyarlathotep él y la Tierra se encontró extrañamente atractivo, para el entretenimiento, subasta o la esclavitud, y se mueve con fuerza en su casa.
