Gladdy calls it a 'dream come true' when the Numpups send off for a spring-cleaning Numtum robot called a 'Numbot'. That is until the Numpups' eager paws press the Go button too many times and the Numbot spins out of control and climbs up The Tasty Termite to give it a very deep clean. With The Tasty Termite under threat, can anyone stop the Numbot and save Gumnut Gorge? Meanwhile, Fluffy is having similar problems with her 'Go Faster Robot Trainers'. Fluffy's need for speed causes the trainers to move too quickly even for a naughty koala like her and it's down to Super Numtum to help her and save the day again.
Bendy Go and Dar Dar win tickets to see the new Super Numtum film, with each ticket letting in five Numtums, ten in total. But dividing Numtums into two equal groups is never easy and the Numtums end up with one group of six and one group of four and are turned away by Billy, who is the ticket clipper. Bendy Go's group of six Numtums try sneaking two Numtums in under a big coat but topple over and are turned away. Dar Dar's group of four make a fifth Numtum by drawing a face on a balloon, but the balloon bursts and they are also turned away. Will the Numpups ever get in to see 'The Quest for the Hooded Paw'?
After reading the Numpups' Super Numtum comic, Flinders wants to sand-board over the Heap of Adventure just like Super Numtum, but he ends up stuck in a mud pool! It's up to the Numpups to work out how to rescue him equipped only with sticks! The Numpups wonder what Super Numtum would do. Meanwhile Fluffy McTuffy is stuck in an extra-sticky jam slick of her own making and Super Numtum's super hero arm is too short to reach her. But will using his arm and one of Fluffy's skies mean the combined length is long enough to rescue her?
The Numpups persuade Gladdy to open her Termite Takeaway service early and Nimbin and Little Sandy, who are going stargazing, and Flinders and Coogie, who are going treasure hunting, order termite treats to go. But when both groups turn up at the same place it looks like one group has more termite treats than the other. Little Sandy, who has been taught by Nimbin, shows the other Numtums the stars and teaches them that different shapes can be bigger or smaller but still contain the same number. Meanwhile on the Adventures of Super Numtum, Fluffy plans to put the world in a spin by running very fast on her giant hamster wheel.
Inspired by Super Numtum, the Numpups decide they want to race, but first they need to make number signs for the race course. Nimbin is spending a lazy afternoon painting by numbers but when the Numpups accidentally use up all her orange paint on their signs, they need to get more - and quick. Little Sandy gets to work mixing red and yellow paint to create orange. Meanwhile, Fluffy McTuffy and Super Numtum are having a race, with Fluffy determined to win the Potato Printer of Peril at all costs!

The Numtums realise they need the same number of Numtums on all four sides and when Billy turns up ready for his hoedown, the Numpups realise he's just the extra dancer they need to make a square shape. It's the Hobarts award ceremony and Larry is desperate to be awarded the Best Beak trophy but worries a mysterious beak may beat him to it. Flinders has tied five ribbons on his tail to remind him of five important things he needs to do. The trouble is he can't remember what they are. But once again, Fluffy's numerical incompetence means that it's her who's flying away.
When the power fails in Gumnut Gorge, the Numtums find themselves with no termite treats, no Super Numtum episode and no Gumnut Express. To restart the power they have to find the five keys that open the five locks on the windmill. While they are looking Little Sandy plans to create her own power. They need to work together to open the five locks to the dungeon door.

As he hands the last sherbet termite out, he realises that he only has one sherbet termite left for himself, but there should have been enough for ten each! Meanwhile, in the Adventures of Super Numtum comic, Fluffy McTuffy plans to sneak into Super Numtum's secret headquarters to take back all the naughty stuff that Super Numtum has stopped her from using.
It's time for the big trip to the Big Sandy Desert, and everyone is excited except Hobart - who wants to spend some time on his own. However, the Numpups persuade him to come along so he can judge their sandcastle competition. At the last minute Hobart realises he has forgotten his megaphone, so he goes back to find it and the others leave without him. When Hobart realises they have gone, he decides he can have some time on his own after all - but he manages to get tangled up in his hammock. Meanwhile, back in the Big Sandy Desert, the Numpups look around for Hobart to judge their sandcastle competition and realise he isn't with them. They hear his cries for help, and everyone races back to rescue him.
Nimbin has a dream about the number three and believes that it's a warning for Champer. She promises to protect him all day long - 'have no fear, Nimbin is here!' She stops him from smelling flowers in the meadow and even makes him wear safety gear to eat termite treats. But perhaps the dream didn't mean what Nimbin thought... Meanwhile, on the Adventures of Super Numtum show, Fluffy McTuffy plans to bounce Super Numtum into space with her new Hop-sa-doodle invention. Then she'll take over the world!

When Champer and Humpty Do knock the numbers off the kitchen clock in the diner, it's hard to run the Tasty Termite like clockwork. All the numbers are muddled up, and the Numpups are confused when Billy and Larry start telling them to do everything in the wrong order. Will they ever get termite treats? Meanwhile, on The Adventures of Super Numtum, Fluffy plans to steal a precious crystal destined for a professor who lives at Number 4. She jumbles up the door numbers hoping Super Numtum will deliver the crystal to her instead.
Larry is trying to give the overexcited Numpups the comic, but he knows they will charge at him and mess up his feathers. He needs to find a cunning way of getting the comic to them that keeps his feathers smooth. At the same time, Little Sandy is excited to have found a very rare lesser-spotted ladybird and is just about to photograph it, but at that moment the other Numpups come thundering past looking for Larry and scare the ladybird away. The Numpups promise to be quiet and offer to help find the lesser-spotted ladybird again. They find a ladybird with four spots and then one with three spots but no lesser-spotted ladybird. Meanwhile, Larry disguises himself as a rock to allow him to get close to the Numpups without them seeing him. Could his disguise help Little Sandy get close to the lesser-spotted ladybird?
It's the day of the Great Gumnut Fair, which ends with the Great Numpup Rally! All the Numpups are really excited. But before the rally there are lots of other things to do - Gladdy's bouncing croc game to play on, Hobart's pineapple shy to try and the very rare and very old Super Numtum computer game to have a go on. But no matter how hard Humpty Do tries, he can't seem to get the hang of any of the games. Maybe he shouldn't even bother entering the Gumnut Rally! However, inspired by Super Numtum, Humpty Do remembers that a Numtum never gives up. Will this be enough to help him win the Numpup Rally?
When Dar Dar wins three games in a row, she puts it down to her lucky five-petalled flower. But when her flower starts to lose its five petals, everything seems to go wrong for her - she drops the termite treats, causes Gladdy's blow-up crocodile, Neville, to fly away and crashes into a rock when she loses control of her cart. Will her luck ever change? Meanwhile, Bendy Go is worried he might sneeze. On The Adventures of Super Numtum, Fluffy plans to use her rocket-booster trousers to fly, if she could only put the right number of boosters on.
Hobart orders some hand bells so he can put on a show for everyone. The only problem is he can't play them! The other Numtums have lots of ideas to help Hobart master bell ringing. They suggest playing the bells in the right order, playing them on roller skates and Little Sandy even builds him a special bell-playing machine, the Ding Dong Bell-o-matic, but none of them work. Maybe it's time to send the hand bells back? Or maybe The Adventures of Super Numtum will provide the answer to Hobart's problems?
