Frustrated that MDK is still active, Nikita decides to end it her way. Leaving Michael and the team behind, Nikita takes Alex on the road to exact revenge. Nikita and Alex capture Mr. Jones and force him to reveal the names of the rest of the members of MDK. Armed with the information, Nikita goes down a dark path that may ultimately cost her her soul. Michael tracks her down and must get her to surrender before the military opens fire and kills her. However, Nikita isn't one to give up on a fight, leading her to make a shocking decision.
Frustée que le MDK soit toujours actif, Nikita décide d'y mettre un terme à sa façon. Laissant Michael et l'équipe derrière, Nikita prend Alex avec elle pour se venger. Elles capturent Jons et le force à leur révéler le nom des autres membres du MDK. Avec ses informations, Nikita prend une route qui pourrait lui coûter son âme. Michael la traque et doit la convaincre de se rendre avant que l'armée ouvre le feu et la tue. Cependant, Nikita n'est pas du genre à renoncer au combat, ce qui l'amène à prendre une décision choquante.

Finale della serie, intitolato per uno strano gioco di parole, Canceled. Nikita prepara la trappola finale per Amanda! Mettendo in piedi una gigantesca ed elaborata messa in scena, convince la sua rivale che dentro di se' sta riemergendo il lato animale, sempre difficile da controllare. Amanda, convinta di essere in vantaggio, muove le sue pedine fino a catturare Nikita... o, almeno, cosi' crede. Con un repentino rovesciamento di fronte, Nikita scopre le sue carte, cattura Amanda e la abbandona nei sotterranei di un complesso dal quale, per la donna, è impossibile uscire.
